1) About FileDock

FileDock is a file-management app that helps you organize local files, scan documents to PDF, sync selected folders to the cloud, and share items via secure links you control. This Privacy Policy explains how FileDock handles information in the mobile app and on our website.

2) Information We Collect

  • Device & App Info: model, OS version, app version, language, crash/performance logs.
  • Usage Data: actions such as create, rename, move, share, scan to PDF, or enable offline folders.
  • Account Data: name, email, and authentication identifiers for sync/backup.
  • Your Files & Content: files/folders and metadata you choose to manage; we don’t access content unless you ask the app to process/sync/share it.
  • Payments: transaction IDs from app store billing; FileDock does not store full payment details.
  • Support: messages and attachments you send to resolve issues.
  • Cookies: strictly necessary cookies; optional analytics only with consent where required.

  • Run core features like local file operations, offline mode, and backup.

  • Photos/Media: import/preview media you pick inside the app.
